And there arose not a prophet

대언자가 일어나지 않았다

since in Israel

그 후에 이스라엘에서

like unto Moses,

모세와 같은 (대언자가)

whom the LORD knew

주님께서 아셨던

face to face,

대면하여

And in all that mighty hand,

또 모든 강한 손과

and in all the great terror

모든 큰 두려움 가운데서

which Moses showed

모세가 보여 준 눈앞에서

in the sight of all Israel.

Happy art thou,

그대는 행복하도다

O Israel:

오 이스라엘아

who is like

누가 같겠느냐

unto thee,

그대와

O people saved

오 구원 받은 백성이여

by the LORD,

주님께

the shield of thy help,

(주님은) 그대를 돕는 방패시요

and who is

그분께서는

the sword of thy excellency!

그대를 탁월하게 하는 칼이시다

and thine enemies

그대의 원수들이

shall be found

드러날 것이니

liars

거짓말쟁이로

unto thee;

그대에게

and thou shalt tread

그대가 밟을 것이다

upon their high places.

그들의 높은 곳들을

Thou,

주께서

Lord,

주님

in the beginning

처음에

hast laid the foundation

기초를 놓으셨으며

of the earth;

땅의

and the heavens

하늘들도

are the works

지으신 것입니다

of thine hands:

주님의 손이

They shall perish;

그것들은 멸망할 것입니다

but thou remainest;

그러나 주께서는 여전하시며

and they all

그것들은 모두 다

shall wax old

낡아 질 것입니다

as doth a garment;
